Colny Group (Pty) Ltd is a specialised company focusing on value added processes of the economy.
We service the entire Southern African market.

Senior Management
Nyasha Machakaire
Chief Executive
Nyasha is the Chief Executive of the group. He leads the business strategy and all corporate activities in all the strategic business units. Nyasha is a seasoned investment banker with more than 15 years of experience in corporate and investment banking.
Nyasha has earned his experience from a global conglomerate, ETC Holdings (ETG) as a senior associate in the renewable energy division. He has also worked for a commercial bank, Allied Bank in Zimbabwe where he started off his career and later became a portfolio manager. He also worked as a treasury dealer at the bank. Nyasha later joined a corporate finance advisory boutique in South Africa as an investment associate.
Nyasha holds a BCom Finance (Hons) (NUST), MSc in Finance & Investment (NUST) and a certificate in Investment Foundation Certificate (CFA Institute).

Godbless Mudondo
Chief Operating Officer
Godbless is the COO for Colny Group. He oversees all the group’s operational activities and is involved in strategy formulation for the business.
Godbless has vast experience in operations and execution of strategy as well as relationship management with business stakeholders. He earned his experience from Pace International where he was as the Senior Procurement Specialist until the time, he joined Colny Group.
Previously, Godbless worked for Zimplats, a subsidiary of the Anglo-American Group as a Mine Surveyor in 2008.
Godbless holds a National Diploma in Mining Survey (Zimbabwe School of Mines) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).

Collet Mafumhe
Business Development and Marketing Strategy
Collet heads the business development and marketing strategy for the group. Collet has extensive marketing experience and a tooth cut through in marketing earned in the hospitality industry.
She has spent more than 10 years as an area manager for Servcor managing a portfolio of corporate clients including Todal Mine, Econet, Cafca, Colcom, Schweppes and Natfoods. Collet also has a passion for network marketing, and she is a Sales Leader at Avon and a sales agent at Bafenyi TupperwareSA. Collet is also a realtor, for high-net-worth properties.
Collet holds a BCom Marketing Management (Hons) (MSU) and a Masters in Strategic Marketing (MSU).

Lindani Maqgina
Finance Executive
Lindani is the Finance Executive for Colny Group. She leads the financial activities for the entire group.
Lindani has extensive financial and accounting experience of more than a decade spanning from 2012 when she started off her career as a Records Manager at the National University of Science and Technology (“NUST”). During her stint at NUST, she led the digital archive team and successfully accomplished the project for the university. Lindani is also an avid marketer who leads a team in Bafenyi Sales TupperwareSA as a Senior Manager.

Munya Chibaya
Country Head, Zimbabwe
Munya is the country head of the company’s Zimbabwe operations. He oversees the entire business function in the country and manages stakeholder relationships and service delivery. He is responsible for the in-country strategy.
Munya has over a decade of corporate and entrepreneurial experience having worked in senior Finance and operations roles at Spechord Investments, Pickland Investments, and Fairvalue Management Consultants where he was a senior consultant.
Munya holds a BCom Finance (Hons) (NUST).

Leasben Maupa
Chief Technology Officer
Leasben is the CTO for the company. He oversees all the Information Technology (IT) aspects of the business from softwares to hardware and new tech innovation.
Leasben has over a decade experience in IT having worked for Mpande Technologies, Sisol Labour Projects, DTN and Elntech.
Leasben holds a BSc Mathematics (Hons) (MSU) and a Master of Science Computer Engineering (University of Science and Technology) (Poland)
